Nylon conveyor belts are easier to repair than steel or whole core belts.

If the nylon conveyor has holes, construction personnel usually fill the holes with rubber repair agent, and then apply repair strips up and down for on-site cold vulcanization repair treatment.

The specific repair methods are as follows

First, use a high-power angle grinder with a tungsten steel disc to polish the upper and lower parts of the hole, and then clean it with a cleaning agent;

Apply cold vulcanized rubber SK313 to the lower part of the belt and the bonding surface of the RIT repair strip (for repair strips, it is recommended to use fabric reinforced repair strips to repair the damaged fabric part), and then stick the repair strip to the lower layer;

Fill the rubber repair agent into the hole, press it flat with a scraper, and then apply cold vulcanized rubber to the upper layer of the belt. The operation steps are the same as above. After applying the repair strip, press it tightly with a pressure roller.
