Layered fabric conveyor belts are divided into three types

1. Cotton canvas conveyor belt:

Suitable for material transportation under short distance and medium load conditions, with relatively low tension and limited load-bearing capacity

2. Nylon conveyor belt: Nylon conveyor belt has the characteristics of thin belt, impact resistance, good groove formability, good flexibility, and long service life. Suitable for medium to long distance, high load, and high-speed material transportation.

3. Polyester conveyor belt:

Polyester conveyor belts have high body modulus, low elongation, good thermal stability, impact resistance, high strength, good flexibility, and long service life. They are suitable for medium to long distance, high degree of freedom, and high-speed material transportation.

Polyester conveyor belt

The polyester conveyor belt is made of multi-layer polyester (or radial polyester, weft polyester amine) canvas bonded in a certain way, and the upper and lower covers are covered with high-strength and elastic rubber. Suitable for medium to long distance, high load capacity, and high-speed transportation.

Type:

Ordinary, oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant, heat resistant, high temperature resistant, combustion resistant, flame retardant, cold resistant, and wear-resistant.

Specification and model:

Fabric models: EP100, EP150, EP200, EP250, EP300, EP350, EP400

Single layer fabric strength: 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400 (N/mm)

Bandwidth: 300-3200mm

Number of layers: 2-8 layers

Gluing: 1.5+1.5, 3.0+1.5, 4.0+2.0, 4.5+1.5, 4.5+3.0, 6.0+1.5, 6.0+3.0

Features:

1. The belt has high modulus and low elongation.

2. Good thermal stability, impact resistance, and high strength.

3. Excellent flexibility and long service life.

So it is recommended to use polyester conveyor belts!!!
