Characteristics of high-temperature adhesive tape and scope of use

High temperature tape is more heat and cold resistant than ordinary tape. High-temperature tape in continuous use in the process of temperature range up to -100 ~ 260 degrees Celsius, melting point of 327 degrees, low friction, good lubrication; high-temperature tape on high-voltage electricity has a good insulating effect; chemicals or solvents do not have a chemical reaction; and has a role in anti-glare, oxidation, etc.; and its good adhesion; abrasion-resistant, pressure-resistant, corrosion-resistant, resistant to microwave, high temperature, friction-resistant.    Abnormal smoothness and non-sticky; sticking firmly without peeling off the adhesive, texture and other characteristics.

High-temperature tape long-term temperature resistance: -50/250 degrees Celsius, short-term temperature resistance: -50/300 degrees Celsius.                           

Tensile Strength: (n/cm) 135-150.                                                                                        

Adhesive strength: (n/25mm)>6.5.                                                                                                       

Scope of application: High temperature adhesive tape is used for heat-resistant, masking; heat sealing; heat-resistant electrical insulation; it is also widely used in pharmaceutical industry, food industry, printing industry, industry, chemical industry and other fields.
